… is proving to be harder than I originally expected!

Craigslist

Craigslist.org is a wonderful resource, especially for apartment search, but be carefull of the many weirdoes that post there! Apart from a 38 year old guy dreadfully wanting my picture, I was lucky enough to avoid weird encounters (Wohoo).

Available in almost every major city, Craigslist is definitely a tool for you to find something for sale or post something for sale of your own! I’ve used it before to successfully sell my iPod locally and it helped me out a bunch recently while searching for apartments 2000+ miles away. I don’t know what I’d do without it.

Plane ride

My plane is taking off tomorrow! I’m getting pretty anxious to leave Pittsburgh and enter the world of unknown, but hey, it’s gonna teach me a lot, so I’m glad I’m doing this. Plus, my wonderful girlfriend is coming along for a week to help me settle in and of course, to get away from work.

I love plane trips, so it’s gonna be fun, but definitely draining as I’m flying through Dallas. The trip starts at 3pm and ends at 8:20pm (California time) or 11:20pm Eastern, so a total of over 8 hours excluding any delays, etc.

For now, I’m gonna go finish packing…
